I have been so blessed that my family supports my photography habit.  Last week, my husband suggested that we take a day trip to the mountains – “You know, so that you can take pictures of nature and stuff.”

God, I love this man!

So yesterday, we did just that.  Just me and him.  And a lot of beautiful things.  Case in point:

If you are quiet, you just might hear the water rushing down the creek.

It was so good to get away from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. We had a wonderful time – and I got the chance to “you know, take pictures of nature and stuff.”
