the little things

Our tree is finally down, all the presents and toys have been put away, and all of the parties and celebrations were great!  As the first week of 2010 begins, it’s finally time to settle into our regular schedule – something I really miss!

I have been tidying up my workspace for a fresh start in 2010, making sure to surround myself with little things that inspire me and make me smile.   Because really, isn’t it always the little things that make us the happiest?

i think putting away the tree and decorations can be a little sad…but the new year always makes me feel hopeful.
i very much agree with you. little things are important in anything – relationships, happiness, etc. without them, how can we do the big things?
and hehehe i missed my regular schedule too. i’ve never felt so awake at work! :) have a good day!

I’ve actually had this sime idea in my head for a while. I’ve had some twine and mini clothes pins in my etsy cart for a few weeks now. Love it!
