Love this–the photo and the quote. Here’s my thing, though. I put the tea on to steep, then forget about it until the water is cold. Hubby is convinced that I like the idea of tea more than the flavor of it. Not sure if he’s right, but I’m wondering if letting the tea steep too long is an application of this quote to drink it slowly… January 16, 2010 - 5:38 pm

i tend to rush drinking my tea..so its a good reminder to slow down and enjoy it!
