giving thanks

gabriellekaiphotography_breakbreadBefore I break bread (and have Thanksgiving dinner) with my family, I’d like to take a moment to reflect on what I am thankful for:

  • Waking up to sweet kisses and conversations about princesses with Gabrielle, my 3 year old daughter – I love her sweet innocence.
  • Cozy evenings in front of the fireplace.
  • Having a best friend and mother all in one.
  • Faith and a family that prays together.
  • Enhancing my love of photography – I find such comfort and inspiration behind my lens.
  • Being in a happy place in my life.

What are you thankful for?

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving, dear friends!

I live far from my immediate family, so was very homesick yesterday, but Thanksgiving is my very favorite holiday, so it's all good... Sounds like you had a sweet day... I hope the sweetness and fun carry over into the weekend too. :o)
