These pearls were a gift from my mother. I had them for years before I actually started wearing them.
I find that I have to wait for just the “right” time for many things that I undertake. I can’t be rushed, but I know in my heart when the time is right.

I am loving these long summer days with Gabrielle! She will be 3 in August and I don’t know where the time went. What’s the saying? “With kids, the days are long, but the years are short?” I couldn’t agree more.
I’m also loving “Ah Ha!” moments in photography like Alicia’s. I feel the same way...
After a long day of wearing so many hats (wife, mommy, etc), I find that there is no place more comfortable than my own bed.

Week 2 of our photography collaboration: One Inspiration, Two Perspectives.
July has been such a busy, but productive month for me! And I am enjoying every minute of it. Photography doesn’t seem like “work” for me – it just feels so incredibly right. And that, my friends, makes me happy ♥!
