nature and stuff

fallsI have been so blessed that my family supports my photography habit.  Last week, my husband suggested that we take a day trip to the mountains – “You know, so that you can take pictures of nature and stuff.”

God, I love this man!

So yesterday, we did just that.  Just me and him.  And a lot of beautiful things.  Case in point:

waterfallIf you are quiet, you just might hear the water rushing down the creek.

It was so good to get away from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. We had a wonderful time – and I got the chance to “you know, take pictures of nature and stuff.”

How was your weekend?

Yes, you indeed have a good man. Mine does the same thing. He has even offered to carry extra lenses on our Grand Canyon trip that is coming up. Glad you got to shoot “nature and stuff.”:)

Nature and stuff and pictures …. alas my weekend did not consist of that, but it ended up being okay in a low key getting over the flu kind of way. Nice processing.

Sounds like you better keep him!! Yes it is always nice to get to the mountains to take nature sthots. I am somewhat like that, but I only have desert things to take now, but we are about ready to jump in our motorhome and head to the moutains and seashore. Both shots are very nice.
