During the cold winter months, I love to keep fresh flowers inside my home. They have the ability to instatnly make a room warm and cozy.
Funny this is – when it warms up outside, I rarely buy flowers for my home. I think it’s because there are so many beautiful colors outside – I like to spend most of days out there enjoying the warmth and color of the season.
But in the middle of winter, flowers are a staple on my kitchen table. Just to remind me that the coldness, darkness, and blue monotones of winter are temporary. They will soon be replaced with rich greens, bright flowers, and sunny days!
